Optimal Solutions Accelerates Growth Strategy with Glenture Acquisition

IRVING, TX - January 5, 2012 - Optimal Solutions Integration, Inc., a leader in SAP®-based business transformation, today announced it has acquired The Glenture Group, a Deerfield, IL-based consulting firm that provides enterprise performance management and business intelligence solutions that help clients better manage complex financial and operational performance challenges.

Under the terms of the agreement, Glenture and Optimal will unify their respective practice areas for delivering SAP Enterprise Performance Management (SAP EPM) and SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence (SAP BI) solutions.

Glenture's practice area for delivering Microsoft®-based business intelligence solutions will retain the Glenture brand and operate as an independent business unit led by Glenture Managing Partner Andre Fomin.
