Nsight is a regional telecommunications business that provides customers in Green Bay and the surrounding rural Wisconsin markets with wireless services under the Cellcom brand name. Nsight’s remaining business consists of fiber/CLEC services, cell tower leasing and construction services, and a rural LEC that offers wireline communications to residential and small business customers.
