Lawrence Sorrel is a Managing Partner at Tailwind and co-founder of the firm. Over the last 40 years, he has served on 50+ boards of private equity-backed lower middle market companies. Before founding Tailwind, Larry was a Partner at Welsh Carson and a Managing Director at Morgan Stanley. He holds a BA from Brown University, a JD from Harvard Law School, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
